Health, Vet and Law Expo Information

Agenda

The schedule for Wednesday, March 11 is as follows:

• • 9 - 10:30 a.m.: Check-in at the Student Union Ballroom (265)
  • 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Expo
  • 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Come and go employer lunch
  • 1 - 5 p.m.: Optional interviews (interview spaces available upon request)

Shipping

• Packages and displays should be shipped to arrive between Monday, Feb. 20 and Friday, Feb. 27.
• All shipping will be brought to the event and will be waiting at your assigned table.
• Last-minute shipping may cause delays in recruiters receiving their packages for the fair.
• It is very important that you indicate which career fair the materials/displays are for.
• All packages for the career fair should be shipped to:

Return shipping

• OSU Career Services will schedule a FedEx and UPS pickup for the end of the fair.
• You should have all materials boxed up with labels properly completed (including company account number) and attach to all materials being mailed.
• OSU Career Services is not responsible for unlabeled or improperly labeled packages as well as lost packages.

Wi-Fi information is provided upon arrival.

Location and parking

• We recommend searching “Student Union Garage Parking” in your navigation system.
• Upon arrival to the Student Union Parking Garage, enter the middle level of the garage and make your way to the northeast corner. A Career Services staff member will assist you in unloading any materials you may have and further direct you to park.
• Vehicles parked in lots other than what have been assigned to Career Services will be subject to ticketing.
• As it is many attendees first time on campus, we suggest researching the location ahead of time.
