  • Contact professionals with a clear, respectful message
  • Be transparent: you’re seeking insight, not a job

  • Share questions in advance and confirm details (time zone, format, etc.)

Maximize every minute

  • Show gratitude by showing up and ending on time
  • Plan your questions in advance, using open-ended framing to encourage conversation

  • Respect the timeframe you planned for the interview
